We are looking for ambassadors

Become a Voice for
Survivors

The Stronger Than Silence Foundation is looking for passionate, compassionate people to help us break the silence around sexual violence — and fight for the justice survivors deserve.

Our Ambassadors

The people standing
with survivors

Our ambassadors come from all walks of life. What unites them is a belief that silence is not an option — and that every survivor deserves to be heard.

Bianca Wardally — actress, model, advocate and survivor
Actress, Model & Advocate

Bianca Wardally

Actress, Model, Advocate & Survivor

A London-based actress, model and neurodivergent survivor, Bianca has lived experience of sexual assault at three separate points in her life — twice in her teenage years and once as a young adult. She lives with Autism, ADHD, Endometriosis, PTSD and other conditions, and speaks openly and without shame about her experiences to help create a safer, more compassionate society.

For many years Bianca has quietly supported survivors behind the scenes while educating men through advocacy, awareness, emotional intelligence, rape prevention and the recognition of red flags. Her work addresses how rape culture, misogyny, patriarchy and systemic oppression harm all of society — and focuses on encouraging accountability, prevention and lasting change, particularly in boys and men.

Since early childhood Bianca has championed vulnerable, neurodivergent and marginalised survivors of all backgrounds, races and genders. Her lived experience and lifelong commitment to justice make her a powerful voice for the change this foundation stands for.

Jess Phillips — MP for Birmingham Yardley and former Minister for Safeguarding
MP & Former Safeguarding Minister

Jess Phillips

MP for Birmingham Yardley & Former Minister for Safeguarding

Elected MP for Birmingham Yardley in 2015, Jess Phillips has spent her career fighting for those who need it most. Before entering Parliament she worked for Women's Aid in the West Midlands, developing services for survivors of domestic abuse, sexual violence, human trafficking and exploitation. As a Birmingham City Councillor from 2012, she became the city's first ever Victims Champion.

Following Labour's return to government in July 2024, Jess was appointed Minister for Safeguarding and Violence Against Women and Girls — overseeing the landmark VAWG Strategy published in 2025, which committed the government to halving violence against women and girls by 2034. She resigned from the frontbench in May 2025 and returned to the backbenches, where she continues to speak up for survivors, victims and the marginalised.

A bestselling author of four books — Let's Be Honest, Everywoman, Truth to Power and My Life as an MP — Jess has built a reputation for plain speaking and courage. She will never stop calling out injustice or amplifying the voices of those society too often ignores.

Apply to Be an Ambassador

What does an ambassador do?

There is no single mould. Ambassadors contribute in whatever way feels right for them — from a single social media post to speaking at events. You set your own boundaries.

Share our story

Help us reach more people by sharing the foundation's work on social media, in your community, or through your networks.

Share your own story — if you choose to

You are never obligated to share anything personal. But if you have lived experience and feel ready, your voice — even anonymously — can be transformative for other survivors.

Raise awareness

Attend events, speak at schools or community groups, or simply start conversations that challenge silence around sexual violence.

Champion accountability

Help us push for systemic change — supporting campaigns for judicial accountability, survivor rights, and stronger protections.

Support our fundraising

Help us raise the funds that make grants possible — from sponsored events to online campaigns.

Your story is yours alone

You will never be asked to share your personal experience publicly. If you have lived experience of sexual violence and feel ready to share — even anonymously — we will support you to do so safely and on your own terms. Many of our most powerful advocates choose to remain anonymous, and that is always respected.

Are you a public figure?

Our Friends programme is designed for people with a platform

Celebrities, public figures, and people with a significant following can become a Friend of the Foundation — with full discretion guaranteed.
